Background Check ApplicationPAWest requires all Coaches, Referee's and Board Members 18+ to complete a background check for act 33/34 clearance. The cost of $10 will be refunded by PHSA once the check is completed and we have the report. We have a Board committee that will review the applications and keep all info strictly confidential. If the Risk Management Committee determines you a risk they will contact you privately to discuss.
